I reinstalled the game and used the launcher and it still happens.

I can open RCT2 just fine, but every time I start OpenRCT, no matter what version or mode, I always get this pop-up underneath the blank window: It happens even after I update Windows 10 and my drivers. I saw something else similar posted, but that only happened on a save. This is the entire game not loading. If it helps, here are my laptop specs: GeForce GTX 960m Core i7-6700HQ 16 GB RAM 500 GB HDD
