    Question: I get that 1712 has something to do with it, but does it fix it?

    On RCT1/2 mechanics enter rides through their exits, if you have a patrol area around the entrances they will not be able to do anything.

    'Confirming' this bug on my end as well, guests are somehow actually dumber this time around, they just keep evading the queue lines and just wander around the park.
