What are the major changes between the latest final version (v0.1.1 from Aug 2017) and latest development builds (daily, currently at v0.1.2)?

Just wondering. I'm part of the Develop ring in the launcher.

I, of course, understand the reason why. However, ideally, I'd like Steam to track my playtime whilst playing OpenRCT2. I've noticed a "Pause game when Steam overlay is open" option in OpenRCT2 but it does nothing because I'm not running OpenRCT2 from Steam (as that would launch the non-OpenRCT2 version, wouldn't it?)
