How do I use the Twitch Integration?

I would like a bit of help setting this up. The game has twitch integration, and I configured the twitch settings in Options, but when I start a game and try to click "Enable Twitch Integration", nothing happens.

Any help at all will be appreciated!

The Twitch integration does not stream anything, you still need a screen recorder for this. The twitch integration adds some features like naming your visitors like your viewers automatically or showing chat messages as news.
