Block Brake stops working

Dear All, I've build some coasters, where the out of a sudden random block breaks getting ignored by the trains and that causes many accidents and deaths. I also chose the open do disable all malfunctions, still after some rounds its happening again. Do you have any idea, how to fix it?

 

I have attached the park, its about the the blue Hyper Coaster.

Please, understand me: I do want to help.

If a train is moving too fast it will "plow through" any Block. So, modify your trackitecture.
