How to copy and merge several parks into a one same map ?

I have several favorite parks and want to put them all on the same big map. Is there any way or software to do it?

I am not too great in these kind of things, but you can download the scenery manager plugin and simply copy and paste the hole park. 

Maybe this works, my PC is just to Bad to try it...
