Mac OSX Version Won't Remember Fullscreen

Mac Pro running 10.14.6
OpenRCT2 v0.3.5.1

I'm unable to get the game to stay in Fullscreen or Fullscreen Borderless. On reopening the game it always defaults to Windowed mode.

I've tried manually changing the config.ini file "fullscreen_mode" from 0 to 1 and 2. It holds until the game is opened and reverts to window mode then I find it is set back to 0.

All other options are saved when changed in game or in the ini file.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
