Error Loading objects for park

Pi 3 Build, Debian,

I am getting the following Error when trying to launch OpenRCT2 "Error Loading objects for park".  I've made sure the files are in the correct location. I don't believe they are corrupt as they work on my regular openrct2 installed on my windows machine.  Any help would be greatly appreciate.

I used the following command and it still gave me the same error seen below after pointing to the files.

 

$HOME/rct2/OpenRCT2/build/openrct2 --openrct2-data-path="$HOME/rct2/OpenRCT2/data" --rct2-data-path="$HOME/rct2/RCT2"
