Can't put in any tracks from rctgo*solved*

I always get Unable To Install This Track Design

Here are my steps: I go to rctgo, go to https://rctgo.com/downloads/view/nimbus.20210 (which is on the front page), put it in the documents/openrct2/tracks folder

Then go to the manager and install a new track but it simply won't work.

I don't know what to do. Everything else is working fine. I should note that I got someone else to download nimbus and it worked, so the issue isn't with the file

 

edit: to fix the issue, I had reinstalled everything under US locale and also installed RCT1  and not just 2, and that did the trick
