what are the CPU, RAM Storage, Graphics, and Network Operating System requirements to run a multiplayer server in this game

I'm running this in a docker image on Ubuntu 19.04. Ram usage hasn't been more than 200MB. CPU not more than 2% on an intel-3790. Graphics handled by cpu so turn on multithreading to improve fps.
