64 bit stable installer "crashes" on launch in Win10

Hi,

I am trying to install OpenRCT2, but when I launch the installer the explorer will freeze and I have to restart it manually through the task manager.

EDIT: The development build does that as well.

EDIT2: 32 bit does the same thing. I have now used the zip.

EDIT3: The OpenRCT2 executable runs fine though.
