Black screen on open GL in fullscreen

Im not sure how to fix this, but whenever I try to start up in OpenGL it just goes black, there is sound however.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling (32 bit or 86x, and 64), that did not do anything to help, its still a black screen,

 

 

(EDIT:) This is what shows up in command prompt ERROR[c:\projects\openrct2-ject9\src\openrct2-ui\drawing\engines\opengl\openglapi.h:110 (CheckGLError)]: OpenGL Error 0x

Hey amigo, my english not good but have the same problem,

i fixed with SAFE MODE win7, restart computer in safe, and open rct2, and load default options, and restart in normal mode and enjoy
