[Multiplayer] Cannot Connect to Server

My friend has set up a multiplayer server and while others are able to join and play just fine, there seems to be some problem for me. Whenever I try to join I end up immediately disconnecting and my menu screen resets. I have tried reinstalling the game, launcher, and we have tried switching the server from development build to release, and still no luck.

The strange thing is I was able to connect just fine to a server a different friend set up so I'm not sure whose end this issue is on.

Does anyone know what the issue is?

Found the issue. My friend was using the Triple Thrill Pack whereas I was using the base game. After installing the Triple Thrill Pack I was able to connect just fine.
