Cant uninstall/install RCT2

hi my openrct2 had been crashing on launch so i decided to uninstall rct2 i found out that the uninstaller had mysteriously disappeared so i just deleted all the files. the problem is that now my disc still thinks the game is installed so the only option i have is to uninstall

edit: if anyone is looking for a solution all you need to do is navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information and delete the folder that is associated with RCT2
