Sound too quiet?

Hi, I'm sorry if this is how it's supposed to be in the builds or if it has been mentioned before (if it was I didn't see it when I looked), but the sound in my OpenRCT2 is so quiet I can hardly hear it. I tried adjusting the game's volume, they're both up as high as possible (both meaning the sounds and music.) The volume on my computer is also up as high as possible, I checked the sound mixer to make sure the program itself wasn't muted. I'm not sure how to fix it, or if it can be fixed somehow, so I came here. The problem is present on all versions of OpenRCT2 that I download, and regular RCT2's sound and music works just fine. Help?
