Right-Clicking on Macbook

Does anyone else have issues trying to right-click using a macbook without a mouse?

I remember very clearly being able to right-click to remove scenery or select a specific piece of a coaster to edit. However, when I'm using my mac, using the typical mac right-click method of "control + click" it doesn't seem to work – it treats it like any other click making deleting scenery or coaster editing quite tedious, and sometimes impossible.

Anything I can do to fix this?
