game crashing at startup for no apparent reason

so my game is crashing infinitely for no reason:it started with the game crashing when opening a server,then the game started crashing at startup(iam running windows 10 64-bit)

i have tried unistalling and then reinstalling the game countless times,then i will get this message:<game-crash.png>

Yeah, that's because of custom contents. To fix this try to delete every recent .DAT file you installed, and avoid using custom content for a while untill they fix this bug.

the problem is that i don't use custom content,and again, i did clean installs of the game,that means removing the folder in my documents,deleting old registry and old game files,and agin it still does that

If you were on multiplayer, it will download the custom content needed for that server automatically for you, so you might have custom content anyway.

 

Did you fully uninstall RCT2 (as opposed to ORCT2)?  The custom content is stored in RCT2 rather then ORCT2.
