[extra attractions]

Dear,
is there anyone who can help me? I want to build certain attractions in the track designer but I don't see any image of them? For example, if I want to build London buses, I don't see carriages of a bus. Can i download those somewhere? or do you work with mods?
I'm new here and don't really know how everything works yet. Can anyone help me?

Trouble making your own park

I am having problems when I want to click on the different attractions. there are some among them without an image (probably made by others) But when I indicate everything and want to start the next step in scenario editor, everything crashes and the game no longer responds.
