Roller Coaster outside of the park area

Indeed, it worked. Not for all of the surrounding land. There is an invisible border. I attach a screenshot, red line means this invisible border. I can't build anything over the other sides of the walls. It would be nice to make a new feature to show this border somehow.

Hello I recently played on the Factory Capers scenario and in the 5th year I was able to make a Roller Coaster outside of the park area. I wasn't able to build a road too. I attach a screenshot.
