B-Spec

I have the game installed. When I try to play it an error comes up with Unable to initialize graphics systems. I was told that by downloading this it would fix it. Yes I can create a dumpfile.. So far nothing has worked. This is what I am getting now. It opens the launcher and then just sits there not responding..

Installed it and I can't even get it to come up. I tried many versions and so far nothing. I am on windows 10 x86. Every time I try and open it I get this.... Would love some advice. Thanks!!!
