why exactly do you mean by update channel. And it's not that I can't connect to a server period, it's just the majority I see are running some other version of the software.

Ok so I have the most recent up to date stable version of this, which is 0.0.3 right? Well I wanted to try out the multiplayer and for whatever reason almost every server I see has an "incorrect software version" I just need to ask but am I expected to have the latest build on a consistant basis or are people using an old build? Because I find it absolutely ridiculous that I need to have the latest build which changes almost daily, just to play multiplayer with anyone.
