	Starting last tuesday Google identified multiple OpenRCT2 downloads as potentially serving a virus. This was a false-positive, however, they did blacklist both the download mirror and website as dangerous websites. This mostly affects Chrome and Firefox users.
</p>

<p>
	In an attempt to fasten up the appeal process I've made numerous changes to the API (which is used by the launcher) and the website itself. Mostly in the way downloads are offered. This most likely helped as the website is considered safe again, which is great.
</p>

<p>
	However, some parts still need some work. This means that the launcher still has problems updating both releases and develop builds. On top of that the website itself currently only offers official releases.
</p>

<p>
	I'm expecting to finish up work fixing all issues either this friday or saturday.
</p>

<p>
	My apologies for the inconvenience!

	Now that we are done with core of the game, we will try releasing it a little more frequently, until now it's taken us roughly half a year to do a release.<br>
	Due to that, there will be fewer new features each time, but they will reach broader audience quicker. We also hope to improve our release process, as it is not very sustainable.<br>
	Highlights this time include:
</p>

<ul><li>
		Greatly improved RCT1 import (huge thanks to /u/gymnasiast90)
	</li>
	<li>
		Cut-away view (thanks /u/zaxcav)
	</li>
	<li>
		Remember the LightFX stuff? It's been made available in builds we provide, but it is still a bit broken. (/u/QuiteSomeBiscuit we would appreciate your help with getting it back to shape).
	</li>
</ul><p>
	There are many things improved, for a changelog of this version please see linked release page or check the full document: <a href="https://github.com/OpenRCT2/OpenRCT2/blob/v0.0.6/distribution/changelog.txt" rel="external nofollow">changelog.txt</a>.<br>
	We would like to thank all contributors, testers and players of OpenRCT2 and wish you a happy time playing it.

	The survey was created by IntelOrca and the results will be posted to /r/openrct2 and /r/rct on 17th of July.<br>
	It is going to allow us to better target OpenRCT2 at our audience - What kind of things can we do safely, without making the game unplayable for everyone, and so on. It will also help us make things priorities, that we may not have otherwise. In any case, thank you for doing the survey!

	This is the next stable version of OpenRCT2: v0.0.4. For this release we have successfully implemented all code for peep ai and rides/vehicles. There have been numerous improvements to the game as well please check the changelog below. There is only one area now left to complete before we can have a standalone release, the drawing setup code. It may take a while to complete that and there may be another release before that is finished. Thanks for playing and thanks again to all contributors, testers and players of OpenRCT2.

	Hello, we are almost ready to release the next stable version of OpenRCT2: v0.0.4. But first we are releasing a "release candidate". If after a few days there are no major issues reported then this release candidate will become the next stable.
</p>

<p style="margin:.357143em 0px;padding:0px;font-size:14px;line-height:1.42857em;color:rgb(34,34,34);font-family:verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;font-weight:normal;letter-spacing:normal;text-indent:0px;text-transform:none;white-space:normal;word-spacing:0px;">
	If you would like to support the project, please download the release candidate, play it and report any bugs here or on GitHub.
</p>

<p style="margin:.357143em 0px;padding:0px;font-size:14px;line-height:1.42857em;color:rgb(34,34,34);font-family:verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;font-weight:normal;letter-spacing:normal;text-indent:0px;text-transform:none;white-space:normal;word-spacing:0px;">
	Thanks again to all contributors, testers and players of OpenRCT2.
